I wasn’t sure what to expect from this one. It has a lot of notes in common with a certain expensive niche fragrance (God of Fire). When I read “mango” that usually ends up being super sweet, fruity, juicy, or sticky, and not very sophisticated. Every other mango scent I have tried balances the mango with musk and ends up smelling like a summer scent best suited for nightclubs and hot, sweaty revelry.
This scent, however, is not that sweet at all, and is more woody, fresh, and floral at first whiff, and the mango resides at the back of your nose. It smells sophisticated and very expensive. Appropriate for day or night, or for when you want to feel beautiful and pampered. Really beautiful.
