Does Hyggescent have any discount codes available?
We do everything we can to make our prices as low as possible, making sure our shoppers are getting the best deal without using a discount code.
How can I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders of 5 or more decants within the US! Free shipping is only available for decant-only orders. Free shipping is not currently available outside of the U.S.
Will Hyggescent ship to my country?
Hyggescent is currently able to ship to The U.S. and Canada. However, if you inquire about shipping to a different country, hyggescent will work to make it happen if at all possible!
Will Hyggescent add a fragrance I'm looking for?
Probably! As long as the fragrance meets our standards and is in line with the Hyggescent collection, we would love to add your recommendation! Reach out to let us know what you're looking for.
Does Hyggescent carry designer fragrances?
Hyggescent focuses on our curation of Middle Eastern Fragrances only at this time. This allows us to have a collection of over 1,000 Middle Eastern Fragrances!
What size decants does Hyggescent offer?
Hyggescent offers 5mL decants. We believe 5mL is the ideal amount for a decant. 5mL allows you to experience the fragrance in several settings and overtime, without producing waste. Two exceptions at this time are the offering of the Give Me Gourmand line in 3mL vials, and Maitha Attar Oil in a 1mL glass vial with plastic dabber.
What kind of vials can I expect from Hyggescent?
We love our vials! 5mL vials with a slender elongated appearance. Approximately 4 inches tall and a half inch wide.
Are the decants from Hyggescent matured/macerated?
Yes!
I love a specific note. Does Hyggescent have any fragrances with that note?
Hyggescent's products each have the Top, Middle, and Base notes in the description. Because of this, you are able to search our site by typing in the name of the note, and you will see all of our scents with that note. If you would like more help, please reach out and we would love to guide you!
I want something that is out of stock! Will Hyggescent be getting more?
Yes! If a product is still on our site, it means we are expecting more to become available soon! Sometimes shipping can be unpredictable, but we will make it available as soon as possible!
Are the decants from Hyggescent authentic?
Yes! Hyggescent is a small business. All product selection, ordering, testing, decanting and shipping is done by me! Hyggescent only buys from reputable sellers, and tests all fragrances before decanting.
Where can I get updates about new products?
Join our mailing list and facebook group! We rarely use email updates at this time, typically only for sale notices. Facebook is where we regularly update about new available products!
